Nestopia is looking for an experienced and talented HR professionals to help build our Mumbai office. You should excel at all aspects of the HR-from sourcing, engagement and retention. Our ideal candidate has successfully built teams at rapidly-growing startups and is eager to take on the challenge of doubling our team this year while maintaining extremely high recruiting standards. 

Responsibilities

• Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention
• Ensure the recruitment process is completed in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
• Develop an effective pipeline of key talent that is potentially available for immediate hire
• Manage large volume of requisitions in applicant tracking system
• Promote Nestopia at career fairs and events
• Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates
• Work with other recruiters and operations management or workforce planning teams to understand short and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts
• Prescreen and present qualified candidates to hiring manager for review
• Help establish and monitor key application, hiring, and interviewing metrics to provide a pipeline overview for management
